PRE-GADHAFI FLAG - RED BLACK AND GREEN

Peace and Blessings to my African Family.   Last night I caught up on Libyan news and what do I see?  A Red, Black and Green Flag (The African Flag as created by The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey) flying.   Oh my, do tell!  The Washington DC NBC local on line media revealed it.

I don't believe the media understands what they did.  They did something the Pan-African community has been working toward for many years.  They showed, via one picture, the historic desire of the re- unification of the original people of Africa.  Look at the picture again.  It's Red, Black and Green, and has the inset of a Star and Crescent in the Black!

Yes indeed, that is a powerful flag.  Add to that information that it was the original Post-Liberation flag after the occupation of Libya from Italy.  If, as the article suggest the flag was raised at the residence of the Libyan Ambassador in Washington, DC - I am seriously impressed.  You go North Africa!  Not only is the Red, Black, and Green represented, but Islam is represented as being a substantial part.

I tell people who want an on line presence for thier business that they must adopt a corporate logo, a visual that identifies thier business.

I can think of no better logo of unification of righteous melanted people and Muslims of  Libya than this picture.
