because in many cases, Black people are still not being tried by juries of their peers,

especially when facing the death penalty for killing someone white;

 because white people almost never get the death penalty when convicted of killing Black people;

because Black people almost always get the death when convicted of killing white people;

because the rich almost never get the death penalty;

because most people who get tried with capital murder are Black, Latino and white, and are too poor to pay for good lawyers;

because the 6^th amendment right to effective counsel is now a damn joke if you are poor and facing the death penalty;

because innocent people have been put to death, and those innocent people have been Black and Latino;

because Bill Clinton took us back to State’s Rights on the death penalty;

because the state has and will continue to use the death penalty to silence dissent…

witness the lynching of Ziyon Yisrayael,

and the current efforts to lynch Mumia Abu-Jamal and Imam Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin;…

because in the dawn of the 21^st century, the Black man still has no rights that the white man is bound to respect!;…

because the death penalty is cruel and unusual punishment;

because in the end, the death penalty is backwards and barbaric as hell, even though we have a whole of list of slimy, no good bastards, of proven murderous enemies of the race who we would love to send straight to hell!…
