Dear Chief Bartch:

Greetings, the November 9th killing of 13 yr. old Timothy Wilson an Afrikan Male Child, name will be added to the list of Stolen Lives.  There is an epidemic of killing Afrikan Male children and adults by police under the  auspices of they "FEAR FOR THEIR LIVES".  Since 1990, 1097 people have
been killed at the hands of police across this kountry, and the majority of these deaths are Afrikan, Latino and Native victims. The occupation of our communities by white racist kops that harass our children is the order of the day. You ride down the streets of our communities and you will see young Afrikan male children pulled over by white kops who are illegally searching their kars and their persons.

The murder of Timothy Wilson is not an isolated incident to this city, nor to the Afrikan communities across this kountry. These kops said they "FEARED FOR THEIR LIVES", yet they were close enough upon the truck to be struck by the mirror and close enough to bang on the window telling Timothy Wilson to get out of the truck? If these "ADULT" trained kops feared a 93lb. unarmed
child, then these kops should not be employed by any police department. Time  after time the Afrikan communities watch white racist kops walk free after  they have committed murder and justice is never served to the victims. Chief  Bartch, maybe you can explain to me, why is it that white kops only "FEAR  FOR THEIR LIVES", when they are dealing with Afrikan people?

The Afrikan Community gets anotha slap in the face by the hands of racism,  concerning the KCPD handling of the call to the Penn Towers. A few weeks  ago, a white-male, armed and dangerous, fired his gun inside the building  and not one shot fired by any of the kops at the scene, because they "FEARED  FOR THEIR LIVES"?  This white male was negotiated with and waited out for
hours, until he decided to surrendered. This luxury was not afforded Timothy  Wilson, it evident this luxury is reserved for "WHITES ONLY"! Chief Bartch,  please explain to me, what frighten the kops that dealt with 13yr. old unarmed Timothy Wilson that did not frighten the kops who dealt with the  white-male, who was armed and dangerous at the Penn Towers?  These are the  blatant acts of racism that is reign upon the Afrikan Communities across the kountry.

By no means am i saying that this man should be shot down like some kind of animal. What i am saying, is for the KCPD to use the same restraint with  Afrikan people as they use with White people. As the Chief of Police, you  set the tone of the police department, and the conduct of the kops on the  street, reflects what you represent.
