The Traditional Rulers and Overlords of the Konfakrom Lands, Located About 10 Miles West of Takoradi, Ghana(In the Western Region) Along The Atlantic Coastline (1-1/2 hour)Drive From the City of Cape Coast), Are Granting 50 Acres of Beach Shore Land To The 'Afrikan World Reparations and Repatriation Truth Commission (AWRRTC)'.

First And Foremost: This Land Is To Be Used In Temporary Housing Development For African Slave Descendants Repatriating To Their Motherland. However, Economic Development Projects, Particularly In The Field of Agriculture, etc. Are Welcome. This Land Is Very Fertile.

This 50 Acres of Land Granted to AWRRTC By The Traditional Rulers, Comes Out Of A Two Thousand (2,000) Acreage Land Spread.

This 50 Acres Landsite Is Virgin Beach Front Property. There Is No Development On This Property. AWRRTC Will Certainly Need Assistance To Develop This Land.

Therefore, To This End, AWRRTC Is Organizing For Interested Persons Perusal :

'A Holy Pilgrimage Tour To The Konfakrom Land Site' For Viewing (July 17th and 18th). Choosing Plots Will Come Later. Applications For Land Plots Wiill Be Taken.

The Itinerary Package of the Trip Includes:

a) Roundtrip (Modern Transport Buses) Accra - Cape Coast - Takoradi
(To Village of Konfakrom) - Accra

b) Afternoon Lunch And Visit to Cape Coast And El Mina Slave Dungeons
(Lecture Included)

c) Overnight Hotel (Dinner Included) In Cape Coast

d) Early Morning Drive To Takoradi (1-1/2 hours) to the village of Konfakrom.
