REFLECTIONS
ON MUMIA'S DENIAL
BY THE SUPREME COURT

I just want to add a personal comment regarding this situation...The fact that the media has said that "the Supreme Court" has refused to listen is an insult to the integrity of Mumia Abu-Jamal and of all PP's...The Supreme Court is no more then a building...made of man made materials...and being such...the court does not speak...it is the people who speak...and make decisions...

In the  Mumia Abu-Jamal case it is just another cop out of the justices of the Supreme Court to suppress the rights of people who have been convicted of crimes illegally.   If the shoe were on the other foot, however, there would in fact be a hearing...that is evidenced by the recent Clinton Hearings regarding misconduct...

Through out the history of the United States there has never been a Supreme Court Justice sentenced to life in prisonment...or as a matter of fact been confined on a sentence of life imprisonment..to my knowledge...however they do violate the laws as set forth in the U. S. Constitution and also do violate the laws that we as people on the other hand are persecuted for...There are sections of the Civil Rights Laws that explicitly...make the actions of the Justices of the Supreme court...just as guilty as those whom are incarcerated...and in the Mumia Abu-Jamal case...if the Justices (Please note that no specific judge has been named in the article as denying the right to an appeal) denied the appeal then that/those justices are also just as liable for the actions of Mumia being incarcerated...and also...those justices...are to be incarcerated...for denying the Civil Rights of Mumia in this specific case...

I have been there...and I also have a friend who has been incarcerated under the same political BS...Most people...look at things as...it's not me...however the law so states that in a decision of this sort...it is in fact the person who is making such a decision...Mumia Abu-Jamal...does in fact have the right to be heard...just as any person...and the so called Supreme Court Justices would in fact...pursue that as a matter of Constitutional right...if the shoe were on the other foot...

I rest my case...
