A few years ago, me and a good friend of mine were listening to local a blak talk show forum, you know, the kind that talks about the problems facing our  people, but won't delve in too deep for fear of upsetting the powers that be.

We were enjoying the many callers that called in to express themselves, when  a certain friend of ours--who was known to be "dogmatic"--happened to join the proceedings. He jumped right in with a declaration of: "Y'all talk that B.S about blak folks every week--but when is y'all gon' talk about the MODULIZATION OF BLAK FOLKS! That's the real problem...."

For years, whenever I wanted to get a good laugh I would often recite this to my many friends in the struggle that knew this person, also. It never failed to bring a smile to our faces. It was not to mock him--we were fond of him--it was all in good fun.

Then one day--like a sledgehammer crashing against my dome-- it dawned on me that he MIGHT have a point....I rushed to my large dictionary and thumbed through it until I found the word: MODULE.......

MODULE, n.   A separate component, frequently one that is interchangeable with others, for assembly into units of differing size, complexity, or function........

As I read further, I saw that another definition was:
An independently-operable unit that is part of the total structure of a space vehicle. SEE command module. 

I then remembered years ago, that in school we had little compartments--like cubicles--we called, "study modules".

That's when it completely dawned on me what the brother was talking about.......

The modulization of blak folk is the act of this system setting standards and parameters on the amount of success and activity that so-called persons of color can have in this republic.

So-called minorities in this country are thrust into a systematic and  economic "box" or cubicle where their progress is monitored and analyzed. They are controlled inside this box by artificial means and are not allowed to climb out --unless they are lucky, overly educated, work hard for it,  possess some excessive amount of guile and skill, or as some hand-picked "peon" only there as a "token negro".

The conditions in this "box" are synthetically manipulated in order to smother and keep these "undesirables" in their place--so they won't become a threat to the ORDER of things. The police and the alphabet government agencies are ALL in on this, as well as the United Nations.

There are different sets of rules for controlling the different so-called minorities, or different sets of boxes to store them in. These rules usually adhere to the culture and mind sets of the different racial groupings after much research. Because, everyone is not the same and can't be PLAYED the same way.

One effective way is by pitting the different so-called races against each other and having them compete for the same goals--you then create the "SAND CRAB EFFECT".

You remember that don't you......if put a bunch of crabs in a barrel you won't have put a lid on it...because as soon as one crab reaches the top,  the others will pull it right back down. And so it is with people who are desperate to make it any way they can. They'll scramble over the top of each other--just to get to the door.

The majority of business opportunities for so-called minorities are the ones that the system allows to flourish--INSIDE the box. These are usually illegal enterprises, such as: drug dealing, prostitution, gambling, con games ,etc. Or small time venues like: chicken shacks, liquor stores, funeral parlors, etc.

 These businesses offer NO threat to the Power Structure, because you never generate enough income to truly climb out the box. It is like being on a  "long" leash. Sure, you have SOME success, but while you are counting dollars...the Fortune 500 is clocking MILLIONS.

It takes an extremely gifted, and talented so-called person of color to overcome the many obstacles that this system throws in their economic path. And some have to pay an extreme price--the loss of their souls--just to make  it.

Now, if you want to sell cans or scrap metal--that's okay. Try to get a start-up loan for a business with high profit potential, with NO collateral--that's a different set of circumstances. The average person 
beneath the poverty level just doesn't have enough cards on the table to play--so they fold. And into the box they go.

In order for there to be rich folk in this world..there must be poor folk who have to buy goods--from rich folk; supply and demand. If every one had money--no one would have a need for anything. By keeping poor folk away from the free enterprise system and "compartmentalized" it ensures that the rich, stay rich and in control of the planet.

And the majority of the rich--in this country--are white anglo saxon males. So, WHO has the power? This--as I am known to overstate--is PLANNED.

But I see a change coming....one day the masses of people are going to tire of being shut out of profiting from this system--no one wants to stay down forever. The public will react negatively against being "caged in"--and  that's when the change will come.

Change never comes until the people reach almost 100% dissatisfaction --like the Hon. Elijah Muhammad, said. When the people wake up and overstand the real situation of what's appening.....well, it won't be pretty, I tell you.
