I have been writing about the same thing for 7 years now, in many ways. I have been blessed by having many sisters in my life who have done this same thing, one being my Strong maternal Grandmother!! She was not having silliness out of her grandchildren, by no stretch of the imagination, and I am pleased to be able to say when she passed at 97 just about 2 years ago, none and I mean none of her 5 grandchildren ever disappointed her by going against her by-laws and the rules of life she taught us. So much am I impressed by the way she raised us I created a Memorial page to her. I try to be a great role model to our lil Sistahs cause I see them every day on public transportation bugging like all hell!! The language, the dress, the way they carry themselves is nothing like I was raised and I am shocked daily. Sistahs is it long past time for us to talk to our lil Sistahs and help them become the Women of GOD/JAH/ALLAH and not hoochies, chickenheads nor the rest of the madness we all see them heading in.
